Privacy notice

This page explains what happens to the data of people who visit this site and write to us. It is meant to be read, not filed away: if anything is unclear, just ask.
Who handles your data

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed: it is not mandatory for a business of this kind.
What we collect
Only this, and nothing else:
- From the contact form: name, email, phone number, wedding period, type of service and the text of your message. Name, email and message are required, because without them we would know neither who you are nor what you need; phone, period and type of service are up to you.
- From the server logs: IP address, browser, date and time of the request. They are collected automatically by our hosting provider, they keep the site running and protect it from abuse, and we do not use them to identify anyone.
- Nothing else. No visit statistics, no profiling, no advertising.
Why we process it
The form data is used to answer you and, if the conversation continues, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): your own enquiry is what makes the reply lawful, which is why we do not ask you to tick any consent box.
The technical server data rests instead on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not send newsletters and we do not use your address for promotional messages. Should we ever decide to, we would ask you first and separately.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not turn into a booking: ————, then deleted.
- If you become clients: for the whole duration of the relationship and for the ten years Italian law requires for accounting records.
- Technical server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
Who handles it on our behalf
Nobody buys it and nobody resells it. What you write to us passes only through the providers we need to run the site and the mail. They act on our instructions, as processors:

Third parties that decide for themselves
These are a different matter, and the difference counts: they do not work for us and they receive nothing of what you write to us. All they see is the connection your browser opens towards them while you are on the site — and, for the films, only if you have agreed. What they do with it is their own decision, set out in their own notices:

Data outside the European Union
Several of the parties above are based, or keep servers, in the United States, so some data leaves the European Union. The safeguards each of them declares for those transfers — standard contractual clauses, certifications, additional measures — are described in their own notices, reachable from the tables above.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it, if it is wrong or incomplete;
- erase it;
- restrict its use while a complaint of yours is being assessed;
- stop processing based on legitimate interest, if you object;
- hand it over in a machine-readable format, so you can take it elsewhere.
If something is wrong
Write to senzafinewedding@gmail.com: we reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (https://www.garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority of the country where you live.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under fourteen and does not knowingly collect their data.
Security and changes
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
This page may change over time: the date at the top always tells you which version you are reading.
